Registered Veterinary Technician
As an RVT, you will be assisting with surgical and dental procedures, taking radiographs, obtaining lab samples and running lab tests, maintaining patient charts, administering medications and treatments, communicating with clients regarding their cat's care, and educating clients. The ability to work both independently as well as a cooperative member of a team is desired.
The right candidate will have gentle cat handling skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a desire to improve the lives of cats and the humans who love them. You will be working four days per week consisting of ten hour shifts on weekdays and nine hours on Saturdays. As an assistant, you will be assisting with restraining cats, filling prescriptions, taking radiographs, obtaining lab samples and running lab tests, maintaining patient charts, administering medications and treatments, and communicating with clients regarding their cat's care. The ability to work both independently as well as a cooperative member of a team is desired.

Customer Service Representative
Applicants must be outgoing, enjoy working with people and pets, be quick learners of new computer software, and have good listening skills. Your duties would include working with our clients to get all recommended treatment scheduled from routine annual wellness to surgeries. The majority of your day will be speaking with clients on the phone or in person to scheduling appointments, field their questions, and taking payments. You must be organized, able to multi-task, and get things done in a timely manner. You must also utilize strong communication skills, with the ability to collect useful information from owners and transmit detailed information from doctors.
